Booking and Reservation terms and conditions

Before making a reservation at Checkintours we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between us and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.

By submitting a booking you confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.Once you have submitted your booking and personal details via www.checkintours.com , you will receive a confirmation and pro-forma invoice of your booking via e-mail. Please note that all online bookings require payment of 50% of the total package price at the time of the booking. If the total price is less than 500 USD or booking occurs less than 30 days before your arrival date full payment is required.

If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact Checkintours here and send us all the information regarding the booking, name of the tour, type of car, accommodation and arrival date.

• Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities
• Infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights
• Distributing harmful or offensive Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, an invasion of privacy or harassing
• The distribution of malicious/commercial spam
• or Violating the security or integrity of any computer, network or communications system
• Using the Website to mine or demonstrate proof-of-work for a cryptocurrency or blockchain

Refund Policies

For now we accept payment on watching movies and on some streamed content on our site, we don't refund after subscribing but you can cancel payment process before submit your payment. if something changed you will be notified through your account

Subcription cancellation policy

You are the only one who will renew your subcription, for now we don't have automatic subcription, when your existing subcription is expired we wait until you came back so then you can choose to renew your subscription or not, That means if you don't you will not be able to use that service.

Terminations of agreement

Watch shall have a right to close the user's access to our Application with immediate effect if the user

• Uses Watch in a way constituting a criminal act or contrary to applicable law (especially personal data protection legislation)
• Uses Watch in a way constituting a risk of damage for Watch or a third party
• Does not pay Subscription Fees or other charges
